The steps of the iron-wrought home manufacturing process
Customized every step of the way from drawing to finished product, GS follows strict industry standards in cutting, welding, grinding, polishing, color plating, and packaging. polishing, color plating, and packaging to strict industry standards.
Cuts
Cutting is achieved by rapidly heating and melting the material using a laser beam with high power density. Its advantages include fast cutting speed, high precision, and smooth incisions without burrs, eliminating the need for secondary processing. Additionally, laser cutting offers strong flexibility, allowing it to handle a variety of complex material shapes. It is suitable for processing both metal and non-metal materials.
Link
Welding is the technique of joining metals or other materials together. By heating the material to its melting point, it melts and binds together to form a strong joint. Welding is widely used in construction, automotive manufacturing, and aerospace, and is an indispensable process in manufacturing and maintenance.
Polish
Grinding is a process that improves the quality of a surface by applying physical or chemical methods to remove uneven areas, sharp edges, oxides, and other imperfections. This results in a surface that is smooth, clean, and has a good appearance and feel.
Burnish
Polishing is a process of making the surface of an object smooth and bright by physical or chemical means. Usually, polishing tools and polishes are used to remove rough parts and scratches from the surface through friction. Polishing can not only improve the appearance of the object but also improve its surface quality.
Plating layer
Electroplating is the process of plating a layer of metal on the surface of an object. Through the action of electric current, metal ions are deposited on the surface of the object, forming a thin layer of metal. This technique can increase an object's corrosion resistance, wear resistance, or change its appearance.
Wrap
We use non-woven fabric to wrap finished large items to prevent dust intrusion during transportation. We also add pearl cotton on the edges to avoid scratching and on the wooden frames to reduce damage from collisions. As for small items, they are first wrapped with pearl cotton, then with bubble wrap. Depending on the specific conditions of the items, additional carton protection may be added.
Epoxy resin production process
We always adhere to the handmade process to ensure the desktop is smooth and highly transparent, maintaining its beauty.
Select materials
Select the appropriate wood variety according to customer needs, and determine the size of the cutting material, including length, width, and thickness. Prepare your own materials for DIY projects. At the same time, check whether you need a landscape design that includes elements like beaches, and choose a suitable desktop style.
Raft
According to the dimensions provided by the customer, we carefully designed and made the shape of the template to ensure that the gaps in the template were properly sealed. We then poured a layer of resin and waited for it to dry completely. We laid the wood blocks on the resin substrate in a given pattern.
Colour mixing
Before starting production, we will determine the color mix and provide samples to the customer for confirmation. All poured resins are blended and poured on site according to the established sample color. The transparent resin does not need to be toned, and glitter powder can be added as required.
Landscaping
Sprinkle fine sand and green moss powder along the edges of the wood. In the middle blank area, apply a small amount of resin to attach DIY items (skip this step if you don't have any). Finally, pour another layer of resin over the moss powder to cover it completely.
Pouring
Epoxy resin solidification produces high heat, so it cannot be poured all at once. It needs to be done in batches, allowing each layer to dry before adding the next to reach the specified height. Bubbles must be eliminated after each pouring. During the pouring process, the temperature and humidity must be strictly controlled to prevent the resin from curing too slowly or developing watermarks due to high humidity. Therefore, pouring operations should be suspended on rainy days.
Polish
After demolding, it is essential to carefully sand the surface and edges until they are smooth, and then thoroughly clean them to remove any dust generated during the sanding process. This provides a smooth base for the subsequent self-leveling process, ensuring that the resin can quickly and evenly flow into every corner of the tabletop.
Self-leveling
The self-leveling technique is a crucial step in achieving a smooth and rounded tabletop. It uses resin as the material, leveraging its liquid properties to ensure complete flatness through self-leveling. After pouring the resin, use a brush to roughly spread it to the edges, then wait for the resin to level naturally. Once the front side is completely dry, apply self-leveling to the back side.
Polishing
After completing the self-leveling, it is necessary to sand and chamfer the excess resin at the edges. Then, use a handheld polisher to polish with progressively higher mesh sizes. Finally, polish the surface with a sponge and polishing compound until it is smooth and shiny.
Quality inspection
After the completion of all processes, the surface of the finished product will be inspected by professional quality inspectors to determine if there are any defects. They will then assess whether the product meets the quality requirements.
Package
In order to ensure that the product is fully protected from scratches and shocks during long-distance transportation, we take a series of protective measures: first, clean the surface with water, and then carefully wrap it with pearl cotton material. On this basis, we further use aluminum foil bubble wrap for double-layer protection. For cross-border or long-distance transport, we will set up additional wooden frames to protect against impacts.
Panel furniture production process
We are always committed to maintaining high standards of production processes, ensuring that our panel furniture is not only robust, but also easy to assemble and pack.
Cutting
Our skilled workers operate high-precision cutting saws to accurately cut the panels required for furniture, ensuring the exact alignment of each size. The simple design of panel furniture not only speeds up the production of panels but also effectively reduces material waste.

Sand
In wood processing, the board needs to be polished and cleaned to eliminate defects and ensure a smooth veneering process. All boards must be polished precisely to ensure smooth surfaces and accurate dimensions. The strict grinding process maintains the quality of the wood and ensures the durability of the furniture.
Woodworking Bonding
In order to enhance the durability of the furniture and its beauty, we use advanced imported oak veneer technology to ensure its stability. This veneer process not only gives the furniture an elegant sheen that complements your design philosophy but also extends the life of the furniture.
Banding
Enhance the durability and beauty of furniture edges by gluing decorative artificial surfaces. This technique effectively protects furniture from damage while enhancing its overall appearance. The furniture after edging treatment is stronger and has a longer service life.
Perforation
Wood drilling refers to the process of drilling precise holes in wood for installing furniture accessories such as handles and hinges. This technology requires high precision to ensure the stability and aesthetics of the installed parts. The flat surface of the wood after drilling helps to enhance the overall quality and functionality of the furniture.
Layer
During the production process of panel furniture, it undergoes six rounds of painting processes, which include nine main steps and numerous detailed operations. Specifically, these steps are: meticulous sanding, even application of primer, further sanding, application of a second coat of paint, fine sanding with fine sandpaper, mixing color water (oil essence) to achieve the desired color, further polishing with fine sandpaper, finishing treatment, and the final drying process.
Package
We use flat pack technology to pack furniture, which not only helps to reduce costs, but also improves the efficiency of container loading. This packaging ensures that your panel furniture is safe during transportation and easy to unload, so that the furniture you receive can be easily prepared for assembly.
